Thank you for shopping at Dream Mobile. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and seals intact.
- The device must not have any physical damage, scratches, or liquid damage
- All accessories and original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
2 Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval
- For card payments, the refund will appear on your statement within your bank's processing timeframe
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer
3 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different variant (storage, colour, etc.), please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp or phone before sending back any item.
4 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products with broken seals, signs of use, or physical damage caused after delivery
- Products with an activated or registered IMEI/serial number (unless defective)
- Accessories (cables, cases, screen protectors) that have been opened
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Products purchased under a special sale or clearance
5 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund depending on stock availability and your preference.
6 Return Shipping
For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product on arrival). In such cases, Dream Mobile will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup.
