• We are an authorised reseller of the brands we carry. All products are genuine unless stated otherwise.

3 Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded accordingly.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and online payments via PayHere (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, eZ Cash, mCash, and more).
• For COD orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept delivery may result in a restocking fee.
• Online payments are processed securely by PayHere. Dream Mobile does not store your card details.

4 Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver island-wide across all 25 districts in Sri Lanka.
• Delivery charges vary by district and are displayed at checkout.
• Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Dream Mobile is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services after dispatch.
